Concert with the Quintet of the Americas, Monday, October 6th, 2008 at the America Society for the release of their CD "Choro Alegre", in which Thiago has seven of his compositions.

Concert with his band AMAZON at the City College of New York (CUNNY) celebrating the U.N.'s Human Rights Day, December 10th, 2008. This concert is to honor the memory of U.N. diplomat Sergio Vieira de Mello, killed in Iraq togethger with twenty-one other members of his staff. Thiago's CD "A FLAME IN THE DARK" will be released on that day in memory of all those tragic losses.
